PROGRAMMING/SET-UP

Ra-Tech includes programming and set up in the price of every radio purchased from us. The radio is programmed to suit our customer's needs.  It is set up to receive at its best and it is set up to transmit with the maximum power allowed by the Federal Communications Commission.

If the radio is not purchased from Ra-Tech, we will program it and set it up for you. Prices will vary depending upon the radio. Most programming fees are between $10.00 and $30.00.  For specific pricing, please call or e-mail us.

Every radio programmed and/or set up by Ra-Tech has an official FCC Report completed by Dale Sutphin, an FCC Licensed Technician.  The report is given to you for your records.

INSTALLATION

Ra-Tech provides professional installations on every vehicle. Every radio is installed to your specifications:

• Location of radio
• Power on all of the time or with ignition
• Location of antenna

All of the wiring is well hidden and it is made to look as if the installation is came direct from the factory.

Not only does Ra-Tech install radios, we professionally install lightbars, hide-away strobes, and sirens,  for law enforcement patrol vehicles

REPAIR

If you have a radio that needs repair, send it to us! That's it.  Whatever the problem may be, we will do our very best to correct the problem.  Please give us a call and describe the problem to us and we will advise you on the course of action.

If you purchased the radio from Ra-Tech, your radio will have a 2 year warranty.

If it is absolutely necessary, Ra-Tech can send a crew to install, program, and/or repair your communications equipment up to a 50-mile radius from Ra-Tech.
